Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to appear may incur additional fees.

7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited uses of the rental vehicle:

• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, within designated passenger and weight limits. Any travel outside the agreed geographical area requires prior approval.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Merthyr Tydfil will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount you paid for rental in the last 12 months.
